What are you creating with your life?

I think that's one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves.

This piece wasn't planned.

I wanted to create a simple self-portrait, but somewhere along the way it evolved into something else. I love the beach, so that's where she found herself.

Lately, my spiritual path has been teaching me one thing above all:

To fully claim the artist within me.

As a little girl, I abandoned art because no one around me believed in that part of me.

Today, I am the parent of my inner child.

And every day I tell her:

Create.

She is happier than she has ever been.

The interesting part is... I wasn't trying to become an artist.

Art found me.

It pulled me in.

It became impossible to ignore.

The Spirits and Demons I work with know who I am beneath the surface. They know what I need before I do, and I simply choose to trust the journey.
